To improve communication about depot change requests when shipping lines decline the alternative drop-off or pick-up, we have added a new functionality.
When the shipping line receives your request and they need to decline it, they can propose you an alternative location where the container can be dropped off or picked up.
How can you see a counteroffer has been proposed?
- Go to your overview of requests and navigate to the declined request:
- Click on check suggestions:
- The request field will re-open on your screen with all details pre-filled. The field with desired pick-up or drop-off depot will show you the counteroffer(s) proposed by the ocean line.
- Select one of the proposed depots and submit the request again, and it should be approved by the shipping line soon!
