User accounts on the Avantida platform work at their best if they are not shared with colleagues. We recommend every individual to have their user account.
By default all system update notifications are send to the user that initiated a request. If you want to centralize all system update notifications to a shared mailbox you can do that by turning on the option to forward platform notifications to another e-mailbox. Note: password reset e-mails will still be delivered to your personal account.
- Go to your user profile
- Navigate to the 'organization' tab (1), enable the Forward platform notifications option (2), enter an e-mail address (3), and click save (4).
