If one of your colleagues has left the company, you can easily block and remove their user from the company account. No transactional data will be lost. Only their access to the platform will be revoked.

  1. Navigate to company settings
  2. Click on the name of the team member

  3.  Remove this account by clicking on 'block account'
  4. Once completed the user will appear in the 'blocked users' section, and will be longer be able to interact on the platform.
  5. Revert this change by unblocking the user or delete the user entirely from the platform. This last action cannot be reverted.
