- Click on the 3 dots next to your request and select 'cancel request'. Note that, cancelling requests can be done only a limited amount of days after the day of reuse. If the option 'cancel request' doesn't appear, please contact support@avantida.com for help.
- Fill in the reason for the cancellation
- Click on 'cancel request'
- The reuse request will be marked as cancelled in your overview and price of the request will be added to the balance again.
