Om tegemoet te komen aan de vraag vanuit de transportwereld om variabele tarieven toe te kennen voor hergebruik, heeft MSC België beslist e-CMR (elektronische vrachtbrief) te integreren in de reUse-applicatie.
Dankzij deze e-CMR kunnen zij een goedkoper tarief voor hergebruik aanbieden, afhankelijk van de bespaarde afstand.
Hoe wordt de prijs bepaald?
De prijs wordt berekend aan de hand van de bespaarde afstand (dus niet de afgelegde km).
Ga naar ‘lege container hergebruiken’ en vul op het aanvraagformulier ook de extra velden los- en laadlocatie in. U ziet dan meteen op de kaart hoeveel km en tijd u heeft bespaard.
Afhankelijk van wat uw bespaarde afstand bedraagt, heeft u al dan niet recht op een verminderde prijs voor uw reUse. Die wordt automatisch berekend en getoond linksonder in het formulier:
reUse binnen het Antwerpse havengebied: €35.
reUse buiten het Antwerpse havengebied voor middellange afstanden (tot 200 km): €45.
reUse voor lange afstanden (vanaf 200 km) : €65.
Cross border reUse (enkel de export locatie is België): €150.
Als u geen gebruik wenst te maken van e-CMR en het vakje afvinkt, betaalt u de standaardprijs van €65 of €150.
Hoe werkt de e-CMR?
Als u recht heeft op een verminderde prijs en MSC België keurt de aanvraag goed, zal u in de details van de aanvraag een e-CMR -icoontje zien staan met de vermelding ‘draft’ en een link. U krijgt zowel een draft voor de lege rit te zien (optioneel), als een draft voor de export rit (verplicht).
Door op de link van de export e-CMR te klikken (update), gaat u naar de website van onze e-CMR-partner Pionira NV. Daar vindt u de draft van de export e-CMR die u dan moet finaliseren door het formulier te vervolledigen. De draft voor de lege rit kan u optioneel invullen en is dus niet verplicht.
Indien u een verminderde prijs heeft betaald maar de export e-CMR niet gefinaliseerd heeft, heeft MSC België het recht om hiervoor de nodige maatregelen te nemen. Voor meer info over inbreuken op het gebruik van e-CMR, kan u de Terms en Conditions van MSC België raadplegen (paragraaf: reUse fee in case of authorized reUse) die u terugvindt in het reUse aanvraag formulier.
Registratie Pionira:
De eerste keer dat u naar Pionira geleid wordt, zal u merken dat er een pre-registratie klaar staat. U moet die dan eenmalig vervolledigen om gebruik te kunnen maken van de website. Eens ingelogd, kan u ook andere collega’s toevoegen zodat zij van hetzelfde bedrijfsaccount gebruik kunnen maken.

Thanks to this e-CMR, they can offer reduced prices for reUse, based on the saved distance.
How will the price be determined?
The price will be calculated on the saved distance (so not the covered distance).
Go to ‘reuse empty container’ and fill out the extra fields ‘unload location’ and ‘load location’. You’ll immediately see how many km and how much time you have saved.
Depending on what the saved distance is, you might get a reduced price for your reUse, which will be automatically calculated and will be shown in the left bottom corner.
reUse within the Antwerp harbour area: €35.
reUse outside the Antwerp harbour area for medium distance (up to 200 km): €45.
reUse for long distance (from 200 km): €65.
Cross border reUse (only the export location is Belgium) €150.
If you prefer not to use e-CMR and uncheck the box, you will pay the standard price: €65 or €150.
How does e-CMR work?
If you get a reduced price for your reUse and MSC Belgium approves your request, you will find in the details of the request a, e-CMR icon with ‘draft’ and a link. The system will automatically create a draft for the empty ride (optional) and a draft for the export ride (mandatory).
By clicking on the link of the export e-CMR (update), you will be redirected to the website of our e-CMR partner, Pionira NV. There you will be able to finalize the draft for the export e-CMR. The draft for the empty ride can be filled out but is not mandatory.
In case you’ve submitted your reUse with a cheaper price, but you didn’t finalize the export e-CMR, MSC Belgium has the right to penalize you. For more information on breaches of the usage of e-CMR for reUse, you can check out the Terms and Conditions of MSC Belgium (paragraph: reUse fee in case of authorized reUse), which you’ll find in the reUse request form.
Remark:
The first time you follow the link to Pionira, you’ll notice a draft registration has been made for you. You’ll have to complete it this one time to be able to use the website. Once you are logged in, you can also add other colleagues so they can use the same company account.
