To save time there is a very easy way to create a similar depot change request based on a request you submitted earlier, this can be done regardless of the status of the original request.
Go to your depot change overview and you see 3 dots behind every request, just click on these dots and the menu will open.
For drop-off:
Or pick-up change:

Also here you will be able to adapt the fields where needed, the system will copy all relevant info from the previous request. The only field that still needs to be added by you are the container number and desired drop-off depot:
For pick-up requests you only need to add the desired pick-up depot:
Situation 2:
When the original drop-off request is declined or canceled status, you only need to add the desired drop-off location:
Similar to the drop-off request you will only need to choose a desired pick-up location when submitting a similar pick-up change:
