Did you forget your password, follow the steps below to re-gain access to your account. If you still remember your password there is an easier way to change your password in the user settings on the platform.


  1. Go to platform.avantida.com   
  2. Click on "Forgot your password?"
  3. Enter your e-mail and click on ‘send verification code’ 
  4. Open your mailbox and search for an e-mail from msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com 
    (it might be in the spam-folder)
  5. The mail contains a 6-digit verification code which you need to enter in below field. 
  6. Fill in a new password, confirm it and click on ‘save my new password’ 
  7. After the password has been changed the platform will be opened with your user signed-in.
