If you have requested to reuse an empty Hapag-Lloyd container, you may have experienced too many declines with following decline reason:
The reported import location does not match the planned import depot location.
To avoid declined requests which will cause delay in your transport planning we advice you to check the following:
For the import location, please select the country of the planned return depot of the empty container(s).
If the empty container was supposed to be returned to Euromax in Rotterdam for example, you choose the Netherlands as import location in your request
If your request got declined for this reason, you can choose for the option 'create a similar request' with the 3 dots you see on the right side of your declined request, and only modify the import location:
