If you followed the below steps you should be able to add import container, add export booking and browse for matches to share a reuse together with another company on the network.


Once you find a good proposal you can convert this item into a request. That could be a reuse empty container request you share with someone else on the network or a depot change request.



  1. Click on 'view matches', and select a matching item from the reuse or the depot change tab. If none of the proposed options work, you can still file a custom request.
  2. Select the checkbox in front of the option you want to proceed with.
  3. The platform will now take you to the request form and will prepopulate most of the data. The fields that are not filled in can still be completed now.
  4. Once the request is created and is in the submitted status the match will appear in the 'in progress' tab. The import container and export booking are now not visible anymore to prevent duplicate matches. Now the other PARTY needs to confirm that you will be sharing a reuse together for this container and booking. At this point in time, the ocean line cannot yet see your shared reuse request. Both parties need to agree to collaborate before we proceed here.
  5. When the other party accepts the collaboration the reuse will be moved to the pending status and will become visible for the ocean line to approve or decline.
  6. After the ocean line has given the approval it will move to the 'finalized' tab. If the ocean line declines the reuse or depot change request the import container and export booking will become available again for matching.
