The Avantida platform works with a prepaid system. You have to reload the account (with an amount of your choiceand all users of your company can use that same balance.


This article explains you how you can top up your balance by wire transfer. By choosing for this option the money will be available in your account with some delay. Wire transfers can take up to 3 days or more so your money will not be instantly available on the platform. If you need your money fast, we enquire to pay with any of the available online payment methods instead.

  

  1. Connect to the platform and click on ‘top-up’
     
  2. Choose one of the amounts by clicking on it or enter an amount of your choice. The amount of your choice will turn green as well as the button 'select payment method'. Click on 'select payment method'. 
  3. Choose an 'online payment' if you need your balance topped up immediately or choose 'wire transfer' if you can wait a few days. This flow describes a payment by wire transfer, which is Subject to availability! 


  • Important!! always check the account holder name of your bank account and provide the legal company name in the field if the name is different then your company name on our platform:
  1. Check the information in 'view summary' and confirm by clicking on the confirm and pay button :
  2. The payment Instructions will appear on your screen. The bank account numbers may change and the payment reference is unique to every order, so please make sure to always use the info on this screen instead of saving it in your systems. Always use the correct bank account and mention the unique payment reference when you make the wire transfer.  
     
  3. Your order and payment instructions are now available in your balance overview

  4. The financial view will show all pending wire transfers. Do not cancel any wire transfers if you already initiated the payment via your bank.

  5. The balance menu item will also mention if any wire transfer payments are still unfinished:

  6. As soon as your payment has arrived (this may take up to 3 working days), your balance will be topped up and an invoice will be generated automatically and sent to your invoice e-mail.
