You do not need to use this ERP code for your requests, it is just an identification linked to the name of your company.
It can be useful to give the ERP code when
- you have a specific question for support.
- you are in touch with an agent of the ocean line, they can use your ERP code to identify you.
You can view see your ERP code in the company settings. Which is accessible from the settings menu in the right top corner of the platform.
