1. Click on the 3 dots next to your request and select 'cancel request'. Note that, cancelling requests can be done only a limited amount of days after the day of reuse. If the option 'cancel request' doesn't appear, please contact support@avantida.com for help.
  2. Fill in the reason for the cancellation
  3. Click on 'cancel request'
  4. The reuse request will be marked as cancelled in your overview and price of the request will be added to the balance again.
