Add New Users - Manage Roles

1. Go to Administration > User Management


A. Click on New User to create a new access

B. Fill in the details and click on Add:

2. You will be redirected to the role management view:

Update the roles you want to give by ticking the box and save.

  • CreditSuperUser: have the right to buy credits for the company to be used in all our solutions
  • ReUseSuperUser: can request/see all reUses for their company
  • ReuseUser : can request reUses
  • DepotXUser: can request a change in Drop-off location or Pick-up location for empty containers
  • CertiWeightUser: can request VGM certificates

4. Save again on the next view.
